To strengthen our Inside Sales team, we are looking for a new colleague. As Inside Sales, you will be supportive to the Client Managers and will also collaborate and exchange information with them a lot in the execution of the process steps. You will also sometimes work together with our technical consultants when complex solutions need to be devised. Important in this position is that you have a commercial attitude, that you are client and service oriented, think along with your clients and have the will to deliver quality and results.
It is possible to grow within the position after approximately 2 years to a field position as Client Manager or as Client Manager -Business Development.
What are your responsibilities?
- Provide support to the Client Managers;
- Prepare, update and send quotes to our clients;
- Follow up on small leads;
- Working with our partners such as IBM, HPE, Microsoft and Vendors, among others;
- Daily contact with existing and new customers;
- Maintain account information and prospects in Salesforce.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is accurate, precise and has an eye for detail;
- Has an affinity for ICT;
- Excellent communication skills and is accurate;
- Has demonstrable experience as an Inside Sales;
- Has a proactive attitude and can anticipate well;
- Is available for a minimum of 32 hours;
- Has at least an MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
