To expand this further, we are looking for an Account Manager IT Infra & Cloud Managed Services.


The position:

As Account Manager IT Infra & Cloud Managed Services you are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships. You advise companies on our IT infrastructure solutions, Cloud solutions and our Managed Services services. By responding well to customer needs you know how to help them optimize their IT environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with large companies in various sectors. You are a driven professional who likes to see opportunities and realize revenue, and you have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage existing clients and develop new relationships
  • Identifying customer business needs and translating them into appropriate solutions
  • Selling our services in Infrastructure Management, Cloud Solutions and Managed Services
  • Conduct strategic discussions at C-level
  • Preparing quotes and conducting contract negotiations
  • Working closely with technical teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities
  • Follow market trends and technological developments within IT infrastructure and Cloud, and translate these into client solutions.


Job requirements

What do we seek in you?

  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the IT sector
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud solutions (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Managed Services
  • Communicatively strong and able to interact at different levels
  • Customer focused, proactive and results driven
  • Strong negotiation skills and the will to win
  • HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of IT, Business or similar
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing.
