As a Project Manager you are the spider in the web between the various departments within BPSOLUTIONS and the customer and you guide the various complex projects to a successful implementation. You know better than anyone how to use the strengths of your fellow colleagues in such a way that the customer is and remains satisfied and you know how to make decisions where necessary. You strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction and do this by translating the customer's wishes into solutions.

What are you going to do:

• In the presales phase, you draw up the project plan in close collaboration with the sales organization and the customer;
• After obtaining the assignment, you bear full responsibility for the implementation and the result within the (budgetary) agreements up to and including the final project evaluation and aftercare;
• Providing internal and external progress reports, contract management and stakeholder management;
• You are the point of contact for all parties involved and set the necessary priorities;
• During the implementation of the projects you coach and guide the employees involved;
• From this role you direct the services to customers and form a linking pin to the management organization from that responsibility.
